ABSTRACT
Staring LWIR camera have been developed and investigated. Camera consist of Cadmium Mercury Telluride (CMT) 128x128 Focal Plane Array (FPA) bonded by Indium bumps with silicon MOS-multiplexer, Split-Stirling cooler, electronic signal processor. Noise equivalent temperature difference NETD is less then 0,1K.
