Algorithms and program of relativistic electron beam (REB) synthesis in electrostatic compressor basis on using of geometrized tubular relativistic beam equations are submitted. The calculation have confirmed efficiency of the algorithms, used in the program , and opportunity of high exit specific power injector creation with the help of the electrostatic compression.
