Photodetectors with a thermoelectric cooler (TEC) for the working spectral region 3-5 μm (IFE-1) and 10-12 μm (IFE-2) have been developed, manufactured, and investigated. Monocrystals of cadmium-mercury-tellurium solid solutions of certain compositions were used as a material for the photosensitive elements (PSE). Tests have shown that the photodetectors are resistant to vibration in the frequency range from 10 to 2500 Hz at an acceleration of up to 10 g, multiple impacts with a load of up to 15 g and a shock pulse duration of 1-5 ms, and a single impact with a peak acceleration of 100 g and a pulse duration of 0.1-2 ms.
