Given article is devoted to increase of sensitivity optic-electronic initial converters and to creation on their basis high-sensitivity optic-electronic devices. The Principle of work of the device is based on absorption of two streams of radiation infra-areas of a spectrum controllable object. One of streams of radiation lays in a strip of absorption (measuring), another outside of a strip of absorption (basic).
