Now several methods are used for water purification, including coagulation, aeration, oxidation, adsorption and so on. Currently the membrane methods become more widely used. A structure of electrodialysis purification of water drains fed from microphotoelectronics production stage is outlined. The performanses of elaborated scheme are analyzed.
