Article: The software for computation of main optical features of electron-optic system with combined in the space electrostatic and magnetic lenses with axial symmetry

IBM PC-compatible software for computation of main features of electron-optic system with electrostaic and magnetic lenses, combined in the spase, is eleborated. Program works in the dialoge mode and allows: to choose electrostaic and magnetic lenses from the menu and to combine their in electrooptic system; to image the lens’s configuration, standard traectories and distributions of magnetic and electrostaic fields of lenses; to calculate the the coefficients of aberration (Cs and Co) and the main parameters of electron beam; results of computation is imaged on a screen of motion and saved in the special file; program can be using by designers of electrooptic systems.
