This paper describes the principle of working of the solid state image converters and the night vision device on base this c onvertor too. There is suggusted the sheme of device. There are described itsoperation, pervormance and results of experiments. There are showed the properties of increasing sensitive of solid state image on the based structure MOS-liquid cristal.
