When developing the on-board cryogenic refrigeration systems (OCRSs) of the optoelectronic devices, it is necessary to bear in mind a number of specific requirements being a matter of principle. As for OCRSs of the future articles, such as 14Ф20М and “Crystal-VID”, the most specific features being the presence of several objects cooled at different temperature levels; their considerable dimensions; long OCRSs service life; severe limitations applying to a number of other parameters. These requirements specify to a considerable degree the design and circuit of OCRSs and most fully are realized in the combined circuits with intermediate heat-transfer agents, rare-earth working bodies and heat-capacious packings.
