Article: Features of measurement of noise performances for quantum well structures

Measurements of experimental test-models of quantum well photosensing structures, purpose-made with different diversions in structure and technological handling, have shown presence of a wide scatter of their physical properties. At preliminary stages of statistical examinations of test-structures it is possible to recommend a noise monitoring at the temperature of liquid azote.
